  4. Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. Fresh Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp

All Ingredients - For Cooking and Filling

  1. Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Cooked Mince approx. 1/2 cup
  3. Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) as much as you like

All Ingredients - For Garnish and Serving

  1. Fresh Coriander (chopped) for garnish
  2. Sriracha Sauce for drizzling
  3. Bread or Paratha for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a measuring cup, combine 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander. well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 2: Cook the Omelette Base

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a round omelette.

Step 3: Flip the Omelette

Once the omelette has fried and set on one side (approximately ), gently flip it over using a spatula to cook the other side.

Step 4: Add Mince Filling

On one half of the cooked omelette, place a generous amount of cooked .

Step 5: Add Cheese

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the filling, as much as desired.
