Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a measuring cup, combine 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander. well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Step 2: Cook the Omelette Base
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a round omelette.
Step 3: Flip the Omelette
Once the omelette has fried and set on one side (approximately ), gently flip it over using a spatula to cook the other side.
