  • 2 cupsFlour

  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 pinchSalt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Combine Dry Ingredients

    Put 2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl.

  2. 2.Add Powdered Milk

    Add 3 tablespoons of powdered milk to the flour in the mixing bowl.

  3. 3.Add Sugar

    Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the dry ingredients.

  4. 4.Add Water

    Pour 1 cup of water into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  5. 5.Mix Batter

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spatula until a smooth, lump-free batter is formed.

  6. 6.Season with Salt

    Add a pinch of salt to the batter and mix well.

  7. 7.Prepare Egg White Foam

    Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Set the batter aside. Beat the egg white with a fork until it becomes foamy and forms soft peaks.

  8. 8.Fold in Egg White Foam

    Gently fold the foamy egg white into the prepared batter until just combined, being careful not to deflate the foam.

  9. 9.Prepare Pan

    Melt a small amount of butter in a pan over low heat, spreading it evenly.

  10. 10.Cook Pancakes

    Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.

    Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate and top with a pat of butter.
