  • 1 tsp (to taste)Salt
  • 1 tspSpices (e.g., Garam Masala, Chaat Masala)
  • 2 tbspLentil flour (Besan)
  • 9-10 (for garnish)Cashew halves
  • 2 tbsp (for brushing)Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients: mashed boiled potatoes, mashed boiled peas, blanched and pureed spinach, coriander-ginger paste, salt, spices, and lentil flour.

  2. 2.Combine Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed boiled potatoes. Then add the coriander paste, blanched spinach puree, mashed peas, lentil flour, salt, and other spices.

  3. 3.Mix Well

    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a uniform green dough-like mixture is formed.

  4. 4.Shape Patties

    Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round, flat patties. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5.Prepare for Air Frying

    Lightly brush each patty with oil and press a cashew half onto the center of each patty for garnish.

  6. 6.Preheat Air Fryer

    Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (355°F).

  7. 7.Air Fry Kebabs

    Carefully place the shaped patties in the preheated air fryer. Cook for a total of 20-22 minutes. Brush with oil and flip the kebabs halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning and crispiness.
