  • 4 oz (approx. 115g)Ground Chicken
  • 1 cupFresh Spinach
  • 1 tspEverything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tbspCooking Oil or Butter
  • 2 tbspSour Cream
  • 1 tbspHot Sauce
  • 1 (peeled and segmented)Mandarin Orange

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the Eggs

    Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack 3 large eggs into the pan. Season generously with 1 teaspoon of Everything Bagel Seasoning. Use a fork to gently break the yolks and spread them slightly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired consistency.

  2. 2.Cook Ground Chicken

    In a separate pan, cook 4 oz (approx. 115g) of ground chicken over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it is fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3.Wilt Spinach

    Add 1 cup of fresh spinach to the cooked ground chicken in the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

  4. 4.Assemble the Omelette Base

    Carefully transfer the cooked eggs from the pan onto a serving plate.

  5. 5.Add Fillings

    Spoon the cooked ground chicken and wilted spinach mixture over one half of the eggs on the plate.

  6. 6.Garnish

    Top the omelette with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.

    Arrange 1 peeled and segmented mandarin orange on the side of the plate and serve immediately.
