Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Eggs

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack 3 large eggs into the pan. Season generously with 1 teaspoon of Everything Bagel Seasoning. Use a fork to gently break the yolks and spread them slightly. Cook for until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired consistency.

Step 2: Cook Ground Chicken

In a separate pan, cook 4 oz (approx. 115g) of ground chicken over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it is fully browned and cooked through, about .

Step 3: Wilt Spinach

Add 1 cup of fresh spinach to the cooked ground chicken in the pan. for until the spinach is wilted.

Step 4: Assemble the Omelette Base

Carefully transfer the cooked eggs from the pan onto a serving plate.

Step 5: Add Fillings

Spoon the cooked ground chicken and wilted spinach mixture over one half of the eggs on the plate.

Step 6: Garnish

Top the omelette with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.
