  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp (to taste)

In a bowl, add 1 kg curry cut chicken pieces. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1 tsp chilli powder. Mix well to coat all chicken pieces evenly. Set aside to for .
