Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour, Whole-grain, Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar, Sugar 4 cups
  • Milk, Producer, Warm, hot Milk 4 cups.
  • Ghee, Ghee ½ cup
  • Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Essence Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
  • Cashew Nuts Dry Roasted, Without Salt Added, Kaju, Fried Roasted cashew nuts 1 tbsp

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • 1. Heat the ghee on low heat and roast the wheat flour for one minute only.
  • 2. Add the sugar mix well, and then add the milk cook over low heat till it thickens.
  • 3. Keep stirring constantly; add the vanilla essence and cashew nuts.
  • 4. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan., turn onto a greased plate and cut into pieces

Cook's Tip:
Fed-up with the pollution and tan it causes?? Here is some simple tip to cleanse your face daily. No store bought cleanser but your own kitchen essential item is gonna do this for you. It's Milk!! Daily, before you go to sleep, take a small cotton ball and little milk in a small bowl, dip the cotton in the milk and rub over your face in one direction(top to bottom direction). Now each time you rub it over, look at the dirt that gets stuck to cotton. This can only be wiped off with such cleansers but not just regular face wash. Try it and see :)

To prevent ants in the sugar, put 5-6 cloves in the box of sugar.

Add little milk while kneading dough. Doing so will give even more softer rotis and parathas.
