Veg fried rice with tangy flavors of vinegar and soy sauce and spiced with chilly sauce. So let’s start the recipe .yum


Servings: 2 Preparation time:
  • Rice, White, Long-grain, Precooked Or Instant, Enriched, Dry, Boiled Rice 4 cups boiled rice
  • Beans, Snap, Green, Raw, Green Beans 1/2 cup of green beans ,finely chopped
  • Carrots, Raw, 1/2 cup carrots , (finely diced)
  • Garlic, Raw, Garlic flakes, Lahsun, grated garlic, Garlic pods 1 teaspoon garlic , (grated)
  • Onions, Raw, Onion 1/2 cup onion , (chopped)
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli, Chilly 2 (chopped) green chillies
  • Seasoning:
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Deggi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilly, Red Ch 1/2 teaspoon (black/white) pepper (corn) powder
  • Sodium Glutamate, Ajino Motto, Ajenamotto, Ajinomoto 1/4 teaspoon ajino motto
  • Soya Sauce, Soy, 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Sirka Vinegar, White Vinegar, Vinegar 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Hot Sauce Red, Red Sauce 2 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • Sesame Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Gingelly Oil 4 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Heat oil in a wok , add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add green beans and cook for at least 3 minutes. Add carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add onions and green chillies , sauté for 1 minute. Add the seasoning.
  • Add boiled rice , soy sauce , Chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion greens.

Cook's Tip:
Place a raw peeled potato in the bowl, it will absorb the extra salt.
To sauté vegetables means to cook to them in a pan with a small amount of oil on relatively high heat. If you’re cooking very dense vegetables like Brussels sprouts or carrots, you may want to steam them lightly first or they may not be as tender as you’d like.
Heared about bean bajji. Slice beans 1" length, Put them in mixture of salt, chilli powder and hot water. After sometime take out, dip them in instant bajji mix and fry it. yummy snack ready.
