Ingredients:
  • Chapatis, Chapathis, Indian Flatbread Chapatis
  • Vegetables Peas And Carrots, Mixed Vegetables 1 cup mix vegetables (cabbage,carrot,capsicum,green peas,french beans)
  • Onions, Raw, Onions 2 onions (medium size/chopped)
  • Tomatoes, Red, Ripe, Raw, Red Tomato 2 tomatoes (puree )
  • Brown Sugar, 1 tsp of sugar
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt 1/2 tsp of salt
  • Ginger Garlic Paste, 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Chat Masala, Chaat Masala Powder, 1tsp of chat masala
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli 2 green chilies
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 2 tbsp oil

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • put 2tsp oil in fry pan
  • first add green chilies
  • stir for few minutes
  • next add ginger garlic paste and onions
  • now add the tomato puree (mix with 1tsp of sugar and 1/2tsp of salt)
  • fry few minutes
  • add 1 tsp salt
  • add mix vegetable
  • mix all well
  • cover it for 5-10 minutes and cook in slow flame
  • add the chat masala
  • mix it
  • stuffing is ready
  • take chapatis and cut it in two pieces
  • make a pocket and put the stuffing in it
  • roll it
  • now vegetable kathi roll is ready
  • enjoy

Cook's Tip:
To keep salt from becoming lumpy in moist climate, add a dash of rice flour to it. Add a few rice grains in the salt shaker.
