Ingredients:
  • Vegetables Peas And Carrots, Mixed Vegetables 1 cup mix vegetables (boiled- carrot, cabbage and corn)
  • Vegetable, Veg Stock, 1 cup of vegetable stock
  • Corn Flour, Whole-grain, White, Cornflour 1tbsp corn flour (soak into 1 cup of water)
  • 2 Green onion leaves (chopped for garnish)
  • Butter, 2tbsp of butter (small)
  • Onions, Raw, Onions 1 onion (chopped)
  • Garlic, Raw, Garlic flakes, Lahsun, grated garlic, Garlic pods 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • Kali Mirch Black Peppercorn, Milagu,kurumulaku, peppers 1tsp black pepper (crushed)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt per taste

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • First put the butter in a deep bottom pan
  • When the butter melt add the chopped onion and garlic in it
  • Fry them till they become soft
  • Now add the vegetable stocks
  • Add the mix vegetables
  • Put salt as per taste
  • Add the black pepper powder
  • Boil it for few minutes
  • Now add the corn flour paste
  • Cook it till it become little thicker
  • Now garnish it with green onion leaves
  • Tasty and healthy vegetable corn soup is ready
  • Serve it hot

Cook's Tip:
Store chopped vegetables in airtight plastic containers in the fridge to keep from browning and drying up.
