Ingredients:
  • Rice Flour, White, Powder, Rice Flour Flour - 2 cups
  • Milk, Producer, Warm, hot Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar, Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Til Sesame Seed, Gingelly Sesame seeds (til) - 2 tbsp.
  • Ghee, Ghee - 4 tbsp.
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • Oil or Ghee for deep frying

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • 1. Warm milk . Add ghee and sugar and stir till well dissolved.
  • 2. Add this mixture to the flour and bind to a hard dough.
  • 3. Add sesame seeds and knead well. Divide the dough into large balls.
  • 4. Roll out on a board into thick rounds. Cut into small diamond shaped pieces.
  • (This can be done by cutting it horizontally into strips and then cut it across in a slanted fashion)
  • 5. Deep fry in hot oil till light brown in color.

Cook's Tip:
To bake potatoes quickly, place them in salt water for 15 minutes before baking. Use the skin of boiled potatoes to wipe mirrors to sparkling clean. Don't store potatoes and onions together. Potatoes will rot quickly if stored with onions.

If you scorch milk by accident, put the pan in cold water and add a pinch of salt. Takes away the burned taste

Are u fed up of bad smell in entire house, while preparing ghee. Then just store the butter or malai(cream) , from which u prepare ghee, in freezer... This will not produce bad smell whlie heating butter or malai.
