Ingredients:
  • Lamb, Domestic, Lean And Fat, Raw, Minced lamb Minced lamb ½ kg.
  • Cumin Seed, Shahi Jeera, Nitu Didi cumin seed Cumin seeds 1tsp.
  • Egg, Whole, Raw, Anda Eggs 2
  • Cardamom Powder, Cardamom Pd, Choti Elaichi, Cardamom, Cardamon, Elachi Cardamom 4
  • Onions, Raw, Onion Onion 1 [Chopped]
  • Cinnamon, Ground, Cinamon, Dalchini, Cinnamon Powder, Cinnamon Sticks Cinnamon 1 (1”) piece
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli, Chilly Green chillies 5 [Minced]
  • Kali Mirch Black Peppercorn, Milagu,kurumulaku, peppers Peppercorns 6
  • Ginger Root, Raw, Fresh Ginger Ginger 1 (1”) piece
  • Peppers, Hot Chili, Red, Raw, Red Chilies, Chillies, Dry Red Chillies, Chilly Red chilli 4
  • Garlic, Raw, Garlic flakes, Lahsun, grated garlic, Garlic pods Garlic 10 cloves
  • Ghee, Ghee 2 cups.
  • Chickpeas, Garbanzo Beans, Bengalgram, Mature Seeds, Raw, Channa, Kabuli Chana Dal, Chana Dal, Gram Dhal Gram dhal ½ cup
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt to taste

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • 1. Boil the minced meat and the gram dhal in 3 cups of water and salt.
  • 2. Cook until the meat is tender and all the liquid has completely evaporated.
  • 3.Grind the meat with, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, red chilli
  • and pepper corns. [Check for salt]
  • 4. Mix the ground meat with slightly beaten eggs, chopped onion and minced green chillies.
  • 5. Take a tablespoon of the meat mixture and form into round flat kebabs and deep fry
  • in hot ghee.

Cook's Tip:
For perfect hard-cooked eggs, cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit on the burner for 10-15 minutes.
