Ingredients:
  • 2 packs hakka noodles
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 2tbsp oil
  • Cinnamon, Ground, Cinamon, Dalchini, Cinnamon Powder, Cinnamon Sticks 3 cinnamon
  • Cloves, Ground, Clove, Lavang 4 cloves
  • Ginger Paste, Puree, 1/2tsp ginger paste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2tsp garlic paste
  • Peppers, Hot Chili, Red, Raw, Red Chilies, Chillies, Dry Red Chillies, Chilly 4 red chilies (split)
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli 1 green chili (split)
  • Onions, Raw, Onions 1 onion (thinly chopped)
  • Beans, Snap, Green, Raw, Green Beans ½ cup beans (thinly chopped)
  • Carrots, Raw, ½ cup carrot (thinly chopped)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Cabbage, Raw, Cabbage ½ cup cabbage (chopped)
  • Peppers, Sweet, Green, Raw, Capsicum, Bell Pepper 1 capsicum (chopped)
  • Schezwan Sauce, 2tsp schezwan sauce
  • Red Food Color Coloring Agent, Colour 1/2tsp red food color

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Take a heavy bottom wok and heating up oil in it
  • When the oil is hot enough put cinnamon, cloves, ginger and garlic paste
  • Fry them altogether till the aromas come
  • When the raw flavor of ginger and garlic gone add the split dry red chilies
  • Now add the sliced onions and green chili
  • When the onions become soft add the beans and carrots
  • Put salt as per taste and cook the vegetables in low flame
  • Cover the wok and cook for 5 minutes
  • When the carrots and beans become soft add the chopped capsicum and cabbages
  • Stir them well and cook for few minutes
  • Now pour the schezwan sauce
  • Mix the sauce with the vegetables well
  • Now put red food color
  • Now add the soaked hakka noodles and mix well and keep stirring
  • Cook them for few minutes
  • Serve the noodles with schezwan sauce

Cook's Tip:
If the vegetables(carrots, cabbage, cauliflower) are not fresh, soak them in cold water to which a little lemon juice has been added. They will become fresh again

Heared about bean bajji. Slice beans 1" length, Put them in mixture of salt, chilli powder and hot water. After sometime take out, dip them in instant bajji mix and fry it. yummy snack ready.
