Ingredients:
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 1tbsp oil
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli, Chilly 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • Ginger Paste, Puree, 1/2tbsp ginger paste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2tbsp garlic paste
  • Prawn, Shrimp 100 gm prawn
  • Turmeric, Ground,powder, Haldi, Nitu Didi turmeric powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt 1/2tsp salt
  • Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Deggi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilly, Red Ch 1/2tbsp red chili powder
  • Tamarinds, Raw, Imli, Tamarind Paste, Tamarind, Tamarid 1tbsp tamarind extract
  • Curry Masala Powder, 1tsp curry powder

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Heating up oil in a pan
  • Put the chopped green chilies and ginger and garlic paste
  • Fry for a minute
  • Now add the prawns
  • Fry for a minute
  • Put turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder
  • Mix altogether well and cook
  • Add tamarind extract and mix it
  • Put 1tsp curry powder and mix well
  • Cook for 2 minutes
  • Quick sour and spicy prawns is ready
  • Serve it with prawn pulao

Cook's Tip:
To get rid of the smell of prawns, apply salt and lemon juice to the prawns before cooking. Leave for 15-20 minutes, then wash off and proceed with the recipe.
