Servings: 4 Preparation time:
Ingredients:
  • Potato, Flesh And Skin, Raw, aloo 4 potatoes (boiled/smashed)
  • Peas, Green, Raw, ½ cup green peas (boiled)
  • Ginger Root, Raw, Fresh Ginger 1/2tsp ginger (crashed)
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli, Chilly 1/2tsp green chili (crashed)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Garam Masala Powder, NITU DIDIs garam masala powder 1/4tsp garam masala
  • Amchur Powder, Mango Pd, Mango Powder, Amchoor Powder,dry Mango Powder, Man 1tsp amchoor powder
  • Turmeric, Ground,powder, Haldi, Nitu Didi turmeric powder 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  • Dhania Powder , Coriander Powder, Corriander Powder, NITU DIDIS CORIANDER POWDER, Coriander Pd 1tsp coriander powder
  • Saunf Fennel Seed, 1tsp fennel seeds
  • Coriander Seeds, Hara Dhaniya 2tsp coriander seeds (crashed)
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 1/2tbsp oil
  • Making Dough:
  • Rice Flour, White, Powder, Rice Flour 1 cup white flour
  • Ghee, 2tbsp ghee
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Water Boiled Plain Raw Mineral, Hot, Warm Cold, Mix, sparkling, Carbonated Water
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking Oil for fry

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Heating up oil in a deep bottom pan
  • Put fennel seeds and crashed coriander seed when the oil is hot enough
  • Fry for a minute
  • Now add the crashed ginger and green chili
  • Add the boiled and smashed potatoes and green peas
  • Mix altogether well
  • Cook it for few minutes and remove the stuffing
  • Now start to make the dough
  • Take the white flour in a bowl
  • Add 2tbsp of ghee and salt as per taste
  • Mix them well and add some water
  • Dough is ready now
  • Now make some small ball from the dough
  • Flat the small ball and cut into half
  • Apply little bit of water on the sides
  • Fold the corner according to the video and steak the ends
  • Fill with some stuffing
  • Now steak the open end
  • Repeat the same process for all the dough balls
  • Samosas are ready to fry
  • Fry them in hot oil on a medium flame
  • Fry them till the color turns golden
  • Serve them with chutney

Cook's Tip:
make samosas crisper add some cornflour to the maida for dough.
