Ingredients:
  • Milk, Producer, Warm, hot 4l Milk
  • Whipped Cream, Fresh Cream cream (both together called as half and half, 32floz halfandhalf available in market)
  • Condensed Milk Sweetened, 14 ounce of sweetened condensed milk
  • Saffron, NITU DIDI PURE SAFFRON , Kesari Powder, Kesar pinch of saffron
  • Cardamom Powder, Cardamom Pd, Choti Elaichi, Cardamom, Cardamon, Elachi cardamon (green cardamom seeds grinded)
  • Almonds, Badam almonds (grinded)
  • Cashew Nuts Dry Roasted, Without Salt Added, Kaju, Fried cashews(grinded)
  • Cashew Nuts Dry Roasted, Without Salt Added, Kaju, Fried nuts (grinded)
  • Corn, Sweet, Yellow, Raw, Sweet Corn corn

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Boil Half and half, condensed milk, cardamom seeds, cashew mix and saffron for nearly 15 minutes.
  • Boil until the raw smell of milk is gone. Add corn starch by diluting it with milk. This acts as a thickening agent.
  • Turn of the heat. Cool the milk. Pour them in kulfi mouths using measuring cup.
  • Freeze them for a minimum of 4 hours and maximum overnight. close kulfi mouths. Freeze them.
  • Enjoy the Indian Dessert.

Cook's Tip:
Used milk glasses should be rinsed with cold water instead of hot water before washing, as hot water cooks the milk and makes them harder to clean.
