  • Lamb, Domestic, Lean And Fat, Raw, Minced lamb Lamb pieces ½ kg.
  • Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Deggi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilly, Red Ch Chilli Powder 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric, Ground,powder, Haldi, Nitu Didi turmeric powder Turmeric Powder ½ tsp.
  • Dhania Powder , Coriander Powder, Corriander Powder, NITU DIDIS CORIANDER POWDER, Coriander Pd Coriander Powder 3 tbsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste, Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli, Chilly Green chilli 1 [Chopped]
  • Whole spice:
  • Cardamom Powder, Cardamom Pd, Choti Elaichi, Cardamom, Cardamon, Elachi 1 cardamon,
  • Cinnamon, Ground, Cinamon, Dalchini, Cinnamon Powder, Cinnamon Sticks 1 cinnamon.
  • Cloves, Ground, Clove, Lavang 1 clove
  • Caraway Seed, Meridian Fennel,persian Cumin 1 tsp.caraway seeds
  • Coriander Leaf Corriander, Cilantro Leaves, Green, Leaves, Parsley Leaves, Coriander Green coriander 2 tbsp.
  • Tomatoes, Red, Ripe, Raw, Red Tomato Tomatoes ½ kg.
  • Onions, Raw, Onion Onions 2 [Sliced]
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt to taste
  • Ghee, Ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Cook the lamb pieces in 2 cups of water, with chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and salt
  • Heat in a fry pan ghee add whole spices after it splutters add the onions, sauté for 2 minutes add the tomatoes and cook until the ghee floats on the top, stirring constantly.
  • Add cooked meat and cook further on low heat until it is thick and dry.

Cook's Tip:
Its much easier to grind small cardamom if you add some sugar to it while grinding.
Whole cinnamon sticks gives a spicy aroma to food. Whole sticks are used and later removed. Ground cinnamon are normally used in baking.
Always warm dry spices like cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, etc. on a griddle before powdering. They will grind faster and the powder will be finer.
