Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched, Atta 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • Egg, Whole, Raw, Anda 1 egg
  • Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, Curd, yoghurt 2tbsp yogurt
  • Baking Soda, Powder, Cooking Soda, Soda Bi-carb 1tsp cooking soda
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Ginger Root, Raw, Fresh Ginger 1tsp ginger (grated)
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli 3 green chilies (chopped)
  • Water Boiled Plain Raw Mineral, Hot, Warm Cold, Mix, sparkling, Carbonated ½ cup water
  • 1 pack chicken saucages (chopped)
  • Onions, Raw, Onions 1 onion (chopped)
  • Spring Onions, Green, 2tbsp green onion (chopped)
  • Carrots, Raw, 2tbsp carrots (shreddeda)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking Oil for deep fry

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Take the all purpose flour in a large bowl
  • Now add the egg with the flour
  • Add the yogurt and cooking soda now
  • Put salt as per taste
  • Make a smooth paste (there will be no lumps)
  • Now add the grated ginger and 2 chopped green chilies
  • Pour ½ cup of water
  • Mix them all and make a batter
  • Leave it for 5 minutes
  • Now start to make the filling
  • Take the chicken sausages in a bowl
  • Add chopped onions, green chili, green onions, carrots and salt
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Heating up takoyaki pan with enough oil (deep fry)
  • Heat the oil in a very low flame
  • Now fill the hole of the takoyaki pan with the batter and put the filling on them
  • When the bottom side becomes golden brown flip them to fry other side
  • Fry them till golden brown in both sides and crisp
  • Remove them from the oil and put them on paper towel to absorb the extra oil
  • Put them on serving plate
  • Place chili sauce on the top of the takoyaki
  • Garnish them with some meownis and chopped green onions
  • Serve the Takoyaki super hot

Cook's Tip:
to avoid oil stains in clothes, better rub the place where there is oil stains with lemon dipped in salt n then wash with soap..the oil stains will disappear
