Ingredients:
  • Cardamom Powder, Cardamom Pd, Choti Elaichi, Cardamom, Cardamon, Elachi 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Cloves, Ground, Clove, Lavang 2 clove
  • Cinnamon, Ground, Cinamon, Dalchini, Cinnamon Powder, Cinnamon Sticks 1 cinnamon
  • Mint Leaves, Peppermint, Fresh, 2 mint leaves
  • 2 basil leaves
  • Water Boiled Plain Raw Mineral, Hot, Warm Cold, Mix, sparkling, Carbonated 1 cup water
  • Milk, Producer, Warm, hot 1 cup milk
  • Granulated Sugar, White sugar(honey)-as required

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • 1.) Boil the water and add the herbal mix,then add tea powder.
  • 2.) Boil for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • 3.) Add milk once the water boils.
  • 4.) Boil on a low heat till all flavours mix, add sugar or honey as required.
  • 5.) Strain and serve hot.

Cook's Tip:
To eliminate onion breath, drink sweet milk after eating onions

Its much easier to grind small cardamom if you add some sugar to it while grinding.

Whole cinnamon sticks gives a spicy aroma to food. Whole sticks are used and later removed. Ground cinnamon are normally used in baking.
