Ingredients:
  • Potato, Flesh And Skin, Raw, aloo 2 potatoes (half boiled and cut into pieces)
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • Garlic, Raw, Garlic flakes, Lahsun, grated garlic, Garlic pods 1tsp garlic (chopped)
  • Ginger Root, Raw, Fresh Ginger 1tsp ginger (chopped)
  • Tomato Sauce, 2tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1tbsp spring onion leaves (chopped for garnish)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt per taste
  • 2tbsp corn flour paste (soak into water)
  • Olive Oil, 2tbsp olive oil

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • First pour 2tbsp olive oil in a deep bottom pan
  • Make the oil hot
  • Now add the potato pieces in the hot oil to fry
  • Fry them till the color turns golden brown
  • Now keep the fried potatoes out for the pan
  • Add the chopped ginger and garlic in the same oil
  • Fry them for 2 minutes
  • Add chopped green chilies to it
  • Now put the tomato sauce
  • Add soya sauce
  • Add the fried potatoes now
  • Put salt in the mixture
  • Cook them for few minutes
  • Now pour the corn flour paste
  • Keep stirring and cook it in a slow flame
  • The recipe is done
  • Garnish it with chopped spring onion leaves
  • Now it is ready to be served

Cook's Tip:
When tomatoes are not in season, tomato ketchup or sauce can be successfully used in the gravies.
