Ingredients:
  • 3tsp pista kulfi
  • 1/2tsp Rooh afza (or rose essence)
  • Basil, Fresh, Basil seeds, falooda seeds 1tsp falooda seeds (soak in water)
  • 3tsp falooda sev
  • Granulated Sugar, White Sugar (as per taste)
  • Milk, Producer, Warm, hot 100 ml milk

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • First add sugar in the milk
  • Now put 1/2tsp Rooh afza and mix well
  • Now take a glass and put 3tsp of pista kulfi in it
  • Add 3tsp falooda sev
  • Now pour the milk in the glass
  • Put 1tsp falooda seed on the top
  • Falooda with pista kulfi is ready to be served

Cook's Tip:
To keep brown sugar moist, store in an airtight container with a whole orange, lemon, or lime.

Parsley can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Basil is ideally stored at room temperature and not in the refrigerator, because it is susceptible to damage from cold.
