Servings: 3 Preparation time:
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 2 tbsp oil
  • Cumin Seed, Shahi Jeera, Nitu Didi cumin seed 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Onions, Raw, Onion 1 small chopped onion
  • Pepper, Red Or Cayenne, Guinea Spice,cow Horn Pepper,aleva Or Bird Pepper,red Chili Pepper 1/4 cup of red pepper
  • peas and corns (1/4 cup of each)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt 1 tsp salt
  • Kali Mirch Black Peppercorn, Milagu,kurumulaku, peppers 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Deggi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilly, Red Ch 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • Sirka Vinegar, White Vinegar, Vinegar 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • Soya Sauce, Soy, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • Egg, Whole, Raw, Anda 1 egg
  • Rice, White, Long-grain, Precooked Or Instant, Enriched, Dry, Boiled Rice 1 cup boil rice

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • pour 2 tbsp of oil in wok and make it hot
  • add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
  • in spluttering cumin seeds add 1 small chopped onion
  • stir and fry them little bit
  • add 1/4 cup of red pepper, peas and corns(1/4 cup of each)
  • You can add green chili if u want more spicey
  • give veggies 2-3 minutes and add spices
  • add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder
  • give your veggies couple of minutes with spices
  • add 1/2 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce
  • you can also add red chili sauce if you want
  • mix them and put 1 egg in it
  • put 1 cup of boiled rice
  • mix all well together and cook for few minutes
  • Lovely color and great flavor will come out
  • it is ready now
  • serve delicious and easy to make egg fried rice

Cook's Tip:
Rinse uncooked rice in a sieve under a cold running tap before cooking; this removes excess starch
For perfect hard-cooked eggs, cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit on the burner for 10-15 minutes.
Always warm dry spices like cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, etc. on a griddle before powdering. They will grind faster and the powder will be finer.
