Ingredients:
  • Chapatis, Chapathis, Indian Flatbread 1 chapati
  • Egg, Whole, Raw, Anda 2 eggs
  • Coriander Leaf Corriander, Cilantro Leaves, Green, Leaves, Parsley Leaves, Coriander 2tbsp coriander leaves (chutney)
  • Mint Leaves, Peppermint, Fresh, 2tbsp mint leaves (chutney)
  • Onions, Raw, Onion 2 onions (chopped)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 1tsp oil

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • First break and pour the eggs in a bowl
  • Add salt as per taste and beat it well
  • Now pour few drops of oil on a tawa
  • When the oil is hot enough put the chapatti on the tawa
  • Now take 3tsp of egg on the chapatti and spread it
  • Now sprinkle some chopped onions over the chapatti
  • Flip the chapatti and fry the other side with eggs and onions
  • It is ready now
  • Now add the coriander and mint chutney together
  • Put some chutney over the chapati and spread it
  • Now roll the chapatti in a roll paper
  • Chapatti roll is ready now to be served

Cook's Tip:
