Ingredients:
  • Chicken, Meat And Skin And Giblets And Neck, Raw, Boneless Chicken 250 gms chicken (pieces)
  • Sirka Vinegar, White Vinegar, Vinegar 1tsp vinegar
  • Onions, Raw, Onions 1 onion (medium size /chopped)
  • Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Deggi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilly, Red Ch 1tsp red chili powder
  • Green Chillies, Chilies, Hot Chili, Green, Raw, Chilli 1 green chili
  • 10 black pepper pods
  • Garlic, Raw, Garlic flakes, Lahsun, grated garlic, Garlic pods 5 cloves of garlic
  • Ginger Root, Raw, Fresh Ginger 1 piece ginger (small)
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt as per taste
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking 1tbsp oil
  • Water Boiled Plain Raw Mineral, Hot, Warm Cold, Mix, sparkling, Carbonated Water
  • Cumin Powder, Jeera Powder,  NITU DIDIs cumin powder 1tsp cumin powder (roasted)
  • Coriander Leaf Corriander, Cilantro Leaves, Green, Leaves, Parsley Leaves, Coriander Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • First put green chili, red chili powder, onions, black pepper pods, garlic and ginger in a grinder
  • Make a fine paste
  • Put the paste in a bowl
  • Add vinegar and salt in the paste
  • Now add the chicken pieces in the paste and mix well
  • Marinade the chicken pieces for an hour
  • Heating up 1tbsp of oil in a wok
  • Put the marinated chicken pieces with the masala in the hot oil
  • Stir them and cook for a minutes
  • Now add masala water
  • Cover the wok with a lid and let them cook for 15-20 minutes
  • Chicken is done now
  • Now put the roasted cumin powder and mix well
  • Garnish the chicken dish with coriander leaves
  • It is now ready to be served

Cook's Tip:
Add three or four drops of vinegar while cooking peas if you want them to retain their natural green colour
