Ingredients:
  • Paneer, Panner 100 grams paneer
  • Water Boiled Plain Raw Mineral, Hot, Warm Cold, Mix, sparkling, Carbonated 6 tbsp water
  • Brown Sugar, ¾ cup sugar
  • Cardamom Powder, Cardamom Pd, Choti Elaichi, Cardamom, Cardamon, Elachi ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Lemon Juice, Raw, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Ghee, 3 tbsp ghee

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • • Cut paneer into small pieces and fry in hot ghee on medium flame till the paneer is light brown in colour.
  • • Take out on an absorbent paper and allow it to cool.
  • • Mix water and sugar and make a thick sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder or rose essence and switch off flame.
  • • Add lemon juice and paneer pieces. Mix well so that the paneer pieces are coated with sugar syrup.
  • • Let it cool and serve.
  • • Optional- decorate with silver foil

Cook's Tip:
Crispy lady finger (okra)- While cooking add a few drops of lemon juice OR a spoonful of curd to the ladyfingers for a crispy taste.
