After taking out the butter in the milk cream add a little milk or curd to the remaining buttermilk and boil. Voila! you now have a soft paneer which is specially good for small children and those with weak stomachs.

Are u fed up of bad smell in entire house, while preparing ghee. Then just store the butter or malai(cream) , from which u prepare ghee, in freezer... This will not produce bad smell whlie heating butter or malai.
