It is the easiest thing that you can cook. Nothing complicated but do not forget to add water while whisking. Water makes your eggs fluffy. Not too many recipes tell you this secret.

Servings: 1 Preparation time:
Ingredients:
  • Egg, Whole, Raw, Anda 2 eggs (organic)
  • Kali Mirch Black Peppercorn, Milagu,kurumulaku, peppers black pepper (Freshly grinded)
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • Salt, Common Salt, Rock Salt, Table Salt Salt
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cooking Cooking oil (enough frying)

Instructions (Preparation Steps):

  • Break eggs in a bowl and whisk using fork or whisker
  • Add salt and pepper and whisk again
  • Add 2 teaspoon of water and whisk again
  • Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat
  • Turn heat to medium and pour in the eggs
  • Cook for one minute on one side and turn
  • Add cheese,, spread it on one half side of the omelet
  • Turn the half side over the side that has cheese
  • Cook for another one minute till golden
  • Remove from frying pan and serve

Cook's Tip:
Prevent egg smell in cakes- To get rid of the smell of eggs in the cakes, add one tablespoon honey to the cake batter while beating it.

Icecreams set faster and better in aluminium containers. Also, place a thick plastic sheet or spread some salt under the container to keep it from sticking to the floor of the freezer.

Avoid the use of ghee. If it is necessary, substitute it with canola oil. Even for making halwa, you can partly substitute it with oil.
